Mary's Lamb becomes Lunch!
Based on the Nursery Rhyme Mary had a little Lamb
Mary's Lamb, Chops, was eaten for lunch by pupils of Hickytock Primary School. The cook, Gemio, found Chops running around the messy kitchen looking for biscuits to eat. We interview Gemio and Mary for a closer look at the story.
"I didn't know why a lamb was running around the kitchen so I thought that it would make good lamb chops for lunch at 12:30. It looked nice and plump so I gave it a biscuit and cut off it's head." said Gemio.
"How sad are you?" I questioned Mary.
"Very," said Mary. "Very sad. I even checked I locked her pen because it has happened before. She must have jumped over the bent railing at the side because she smelt the warm biscuits in my bag she replied.
Now Mary bought another lamb called Milky and Gemio has no job as the cook at Hickytock Primary School. I'm glad to say the job as cook has gone to Mary's mum, for she makes apple and strawberry pie everyday for lunch and Milky is being brought to school and is quite good at maths.
