Jump Rope for Heart

On Friday Ranzau had a fun jump rope skipping day. We did four rotations. It was great fun. Declan and Dave did the obstacle course where you had to skip to six hoops then jump some hurdles. Katie was doing follow the leader. Maree was doing the sprints where you had to do relay skipping. Deirdre did photography where you had to take photos of people skipping. Nicki was doing the long rope. After the rotations each class did a demonstration of how to skip professionally. At the end everyone got an apple. We all had great fun!
